We want you to love your ALOHAS, but if they are not quite right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all packaging intact to be eligible for a refund.

Download your prepaid shipping label, print it out, and securely attach it to the original packaging.

Drop Off Your Package

Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10-14 business days.
